Tom Balbo is an artist who has worked for more then fifty years producing and selling works. His mediums range from ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, marbled papers, and hand made papers. He has shown worldwide and has been represented by over 25 galleries in his career. His works are in private and public collections as well as several museums. Tom has also founded and is currently artistic director emeritus of the Morgan Art of Papermaking and Education Foundation. He is also a co-Director of the Paper and Book Intensive.
Tom has also taught numerous Papermaking and marbling classes over the years. Currently Tom is living and working primarily in Cleveland Ohio. He has a BA from Baldwin Wallace University and an MFA from Syracuse University where he was awarded a two-year fellowship.
