Discovering the Ancient Vines of Italy with Rowena Dumlao

Join us August 18th - August 25th!

An, all-inclusive, week long wine-tasting experience focused on the wealth and diversity of the native wines of Italy - the world’s top wine-producer! Overall, participants will taste over 60 wines, representing each of Italy’s 20 regions in a relaxed and casual lecture-format on our terrace dining area overlooking the Tiber Valley and the Apennine Mountains of central Italy. Tastings on our terrace will be enhanced by daily visits to local Umbrian vineyards, in an area referred to by Condi Nast Traveller as “the top upcoming wine region in Italy.”

The experience includes workshop participation, wine, visits to local vineyards, as well as: airport transfer from the Rome/Fiumicino Airport (FCO); single occupancy accommodation in our 14th century convent (a range of upgrades are available), 3 chef-catered, multiple course meals per day (lunch and dinner served with wine); all scheduled excursions; wine tastings at vineyards; and 24/7 bi-lingual support in our beautiful medieval mountaintop village. • Non-refundable €700 deposit (Balance due must be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to workshop).
• Balance payment (after €700 deposit).
