Master printer Ian Jackson works and lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and daughter. He founded Manual Feed Press in 2013 where he collaborates with artists to produce limited editions of original art. Outside of the studio he teaches printmaking at Goucher College and also serves as the master printer at Ink Spot Press, a public-access printmaking workshop and gallery in the historic Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. Notable editions printed by Jackson have been exhibited in the Sala della Lupa in the Capitoline Museums in Rome, collected by the Baltimore Museum of Art, and collected privately internationally. Jackson received Bachelors of Fine Arts degrees in Printmaking and Illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art and has exhibited his own artwork broadly.
