Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland, Christopher Myers received his BFA in photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art. He has been a successful published photographer since 1999. A recipient of five Maryland State Art Council Awards for his fine art photography, an ADDY® Award for his commercial work with Harley Davidson Motorcycles and several awards for his editorial and magazine photography; his work has taken him to Russia, Eastern Europe and Iceland and his images are in the collection of the Reykjavik Museum of Photography in Iceland and the Baltimore Museum of Art. His editorial, lifestyle, and advertising clients include Harper Collins Books, New York Times, DeWalt Tools, National Geographic Traveler, Playboy and Baltimore and Style magazines. Chris is most excited by creating unique portraiture, underwater images and engaging street photography, when not photographing his wife and two daughters, Tilly and Josie.
